Noch kein Accounts-Verzeichnis: die Control-Plane kann Sites nur je BEKANNTER Account-ID auflisten, nicht alle Accounts aufzählen. Ein Account ohne Berechtigung liefert dieselbe leere Liste wie ein leerer Account — beides sieht hier gleich aus.
